With support from SPRING Singapore, RAS worked with Dr Wee Chow Hou, Professor of Strategy & Marketing, at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, to curate a workshop for leading for success in the F&B industry.

The two day workshop on 4 and 5 August 2015 saw 31 F&B business owners and C-level representatives from 18 companies taking away the key learning, which includes

  • understanding and mastering strategic thinking
  • strategic thinking as the foundation for sound strategy development
  • challenges of execution, leading and driving change
