With Service Excellence as the theme for this trip, participants visited food service companies in Los Angeles such as Panda Express, Kogi Food Truck and Innovative Dining Group, to learn about how service innovation can overcome business challenges and other new developments of service concepts.

The trip took place from 16 to 21 October and included a one day course at the prestigious Disney Institute for the 17 participants from 11 companies on the trip.
