With support from SPRING Singapore, Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Singapore Productivity Centre (SPC), RAS brought to the F&B industry a workshop conducted by Prof Sheryl Kimes, Professor of Operations Management at School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University and Visiting Professor of Decision Sciences at School of Business, National University of Singapore.

The workshop delved deeper into revenue operations to strategise and drive sales growth, including deciding on optimal pricing, menu engineering and design, upselling principles, case studies and much more. 61 participants from 32 companies attended the one day workshop on 7 May 2015.
