Star Chef Competition – 26 & 27 August 2015

 

Star Chef Competition 2015 took place on 26 and 27 August for the Asian and Western category respectively at the Asian Culinary Institute (ACI).

With the theme being “Reinventing Classics” this year, the 15 competing teams of four were also given a box of mystery ingredients to prepare an appetiser, an entrée, a main course and a dessert within two hours and fifteen minutes.

For Western Category:
