Our annual Star Chef Competition was held at the Asian Culinary Institute (ACI) on 29 and 30 August for the Chinese Professional and Western Professional Categories respectively.

This year, there were a total of 52 chefs in the competition, challenging themselves to the mystery box and marketplace format.

The ingredients for the mystery box were proudly sponsored by:

Western Professional

Champion: CE LA VI
1st Runner Up: Tanglin Club
2nd Runner Up: Team Valour from Capella Singapore
