Jointly organised by RAS, Singapore Chefs Association (SCA) and Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs (SCCC), the annual Star Chef Competition is back for the 6th edition on 24 and 25 August 2016.
The competition this year took on a mystery box format, with each team being given a box of mandatory ingredients to be used in their creations. Together with a market place, the chefs are to create their dishes using only what is available at the venue.
