Job opportunities
Executive / Senior Executive Programmes & Partnerships
Develop, plan and oversee the implementation of events:
- Execution of on-going and new events, including development and execution of marketing strategy;
- Full grasp of end-to-end event planning, budget development & logistics;
- Conceptualize, plan, develop and manage corporate and social events;
- Co-ordinate with the committees, participants and external parties to execute activities within budget;
- Update on current trend and constantly seek new and interesting activities;
- Identify, prospect and sale of the company’s events to potential sponsors and individuals; and
- Any other duties as assigned.
Provide secretariat support function:
- Membership/account management;
- Drive, plan, organise, co-ordinate and support committee meetings;
- Draft notices, resolutions, formulate meeting agenda, prepare board papers and ensure accurate documentation of minutes of meetings;
- Take on role of secretary of the committee meetings to ensure timely and proper follow up;
- Act as central key liaison/contact person for committee related matters;
- Provide advice on matters related to formation and on-going administration of the committee; and
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with strong marketing and event management skillsets welcomed;
- Relevant working experiences in F&B industry and/or public sector/business trade associations/chambers, preferred;
- Proven track record in organizing and managing programmes is also an added advantage;
- Creative, strong ability to multi-task, results-oriented, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills;
- High emotional quotient skills, able to interact with people of different levels (e.g. Board/Management Level; Personal Assistants, Operational staff, etc);
- We seek individuals who are driven and passionate towards supporting the development and growth of our F&B industry;
- You have to possess strong business acumen, analytical, communication (written and spoken) and project management skills. A self-starter, independent and also capable of working with and across teams to realise desired outcomes. Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in social media marketing would be an advantage
