Management Committee
The Management Committee is a wholesome representation of Singapore’s F&B industry with veterans who have been through the ups and downs and seen the progression of the local dining scene, as well as successful second generation and young entrepreneurs who have brought with them recent breakthroughs for the industry. Cutting across various business models including full service restaurants, fast food, catering, bakeries and bars, the committee dabbles in a variety of cuisines ranging from Western, Chinese, Japanese, Korean to other Asian fares.
The 22nd Term Management Committee of RAS is driven by a committed 22-member team, under the leadership of President Benjamin Boh from McDonald's Singapore. With his vision and dedication, the association will shape the future of the industry over a dynamic two-year term from 2024 to 2026.
