Membership Programme
An unique 6-month programme establish in year 2017 that allows young F&B restaurateurs to learn from our team of esteemed industry veterans.
Mentors will guide their mentees through individual sessions and provide invaluable advice and insights.
The programme seeks to strengthen the ever-growing F&B community and aims to bring business success to more local companies.
Eligibility Criteria for Mentees
- Be a RAS Member
- Current F&B Business Owner/ Senior C level Executives (CEO, COO, CFO etc)
- Operating or managing a physical Food service establishment licensed by relevant authorities of Singapore
- Operating or managing an e-commerce store for more than 6 months
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted
Programme Structure
- 6 months duration
- Minimum of 6 hours one to one, face to face contact during the programme
- Other modes of contact can be through email, phone calls, etc.
- An list of areas of concerns to be clarified across 6 months

- Veterans in the F&B business (5 years above)
- Current F&B Business Owner/ Senior C level Executives (CEO, COO, CFO etc)
- Proven success of Business model
- Local/ overseas presents
- Renown Name/ Brand in the F&B industry
