Epicurean Star Awards Gala Dinner 2023
Epicurean Star Award is a celebration of achievements for brands in Singapore’s F&B industry. Over the years, this annual prestigious event has been devoted with immense recognition to strong, innovative and exciting F&B brands and concepts in Singapore. This year, more than 150 F&B establishments have been nominated across 21 categories.
Shortlisted brands were mystery dined by our panel of distinguished judges and were given scores based on the following:

- Presentation, creativity and dish identity
- Hospitality, cleanliness and ambience
