With over 280 nominations from more than 170 establishments across 24 categories, the 2025 edition marks aa record for the highest number of nominations in the award’s history, reflecting the vibrancy and dynamism of Singapore’s thriving F&B scene. This year, the Epicurean Star Awards expanded its reach with the addition of 5 new award categories, recognising a broader spectrum of dining experiences and culinary excellence:

• Best Customer Service Fine Dining
• Best Eastern Asian 
• Best Fast Food
• Best Kiosk

These categories underscore the award’s commitment to celebrating diversity, innovation, and quality within Singapore’s culinary landscape. Best Newcomer Award is no longer a new category, but it continues to draw strong interest, receiving 17 nominations this year. This award shines a spotlight on establishments operating for less than a year, honouring the passion and creativity of new entrants who bring fresh concepts and unique flavours to the competitive F&B market. By recognising these trailblazers, the Epicurean Star Awards continues to inspire innovation and encourage growth in Singapore’s vibrant culinary scene.
