Restaurant Asia, co-organised by Restaurant Association of Singapore and CEMS, is a key sourcing platform for the industry by the industry. It is held in conjunction with International Coffee & Tea Expo, Café Asia and Sweets & Bakes Asia 2023, from 25 to 27 May 2023 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
This year, RA 2023 will present exciting new sectors such as plant-based, organic, vegan and halal food. The show will also pave the way for smart kitchens of the future which will revolutionise cooking, food management and almost every aspect of the back-of-house F&B operations.
